"Prayer on Being Made Redundant"

I was glad to read a short article announcing that The Church of England published a prayer on Tuesday entitled “Prayer on Being Made Redundant” to help those in England who have lost their jobs. I found it comforting even though I live here in the U.S. and have not lost my job…yet. I think it applies to all of us worriers. Here it is:

Hear me as I cry out in confusion, help me to think clearly, and calm my soul. Amen.
