Mockingbird Events

Aaron has served as the Rector of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Waco, Texas for twelve years. During that time, the congregation has more than tripled in size, becoming one of the largest Episcopal congregations in the U.S. A graduate of Harvard University and Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry, Aaron has been connected to Mockingbird since its earliest days, serving on the boards of both Mockingbird and StoryMakers NYC. He co-hosts Same Old Song, Mockingbird’s weekly lectionary podcast for normal people. Before coming to St. Alban’s, Aaron served churches in Pittsburgh and Houston. Aaron runs a family vineyard in North Carolina; loves movies, music, and books; and can often be found running in the woods.
