Limited Perfection

A Poem

This poem was written by Austin Willey:

Limited Perfection

Tall as infinity and spans through time
Bark as firm as God’s judgment,
and the core as soft as His heart
Producing everlasting sweetness,
but deathly bitter aftertones
Disobedience is a death sentence

The beauty of clarity and clairvoyance are uncontested,
and the deception of truth and life is equally foul
Absolute truth brings light for all beings,
but far too luring for human thought to ignore
Contemptment is impossible after facing unadulterated grandeur
Tall as infinity and spans through time I love you
